A query of the consumer's name on Xpofact Incorporated "Arrest Record Database" containing daily arrest records as well as arrest records since the year 2000 in Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Scott, Carver, Washington, Stearns, Rice, Sherburne, Wright, Chisago, Goodhue and Anoka counties in Minnesota. If an arrest record is obtained in any of these counties, VCI will conduct a criminal record search in that particular county for an additional county criminal record search fee.
