September 19, 2019 – 12pm CT / 1pm ET

How many blogs, articles, and studies are dedicated to helping HR professionals boost speed-to-hire metrics? Thousands are out there. When we talk about the background check stage of the pre-hire process, speed is central, but not how you can have a measurable impact on processing time.

Join us to learn about the secret to speed up screening. In addition to technology processes from your screening provider, there are some small things you can change that can deliver a big difference when it comes to turnaround times.

What is the difference? From hours to days, getting your background checks back faster can be a deciding factor for ushering in the perfect candidate before someone else grabs them up.

Speeding up the process by hours matters when every hour counts.  For example, get a background report on Friday afternoon instead of waiting until Monday morning, so you can make the job offer before the weekend.  When time is critical, every advantage makes a difference. There are solutions and process changes that can give you that extra edge.

In this webinar, you will learn about:

    • Benchmarks for turnaround times for different screening categories
    • Common causes for delays in background checks
    • 5 key strategies to address the root issues for delays or inefficiency

As your takeaway, we will break down how different roles can help speed up screening, from applicant to employer to your screening provider.  From this checklist, you can set out tasks to help improve time to hire in multiple ways. When you set higher expectations for your screening provider and adjust important steps in the screening process, you can help reduce time to hire. Tune in to find out what to watch out for and what you can do about it.
