All full time employees are eligible for our benefit plans and programs, which are effective the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Some benefits may be available to part time employees.

Health Insurance

We offer deductible and zero deductible plans for employees. Verified Credentials covers a portion of the employee’s health plan premium and the employee pays for any dependents.

Dental Insurance

There are two dental insurance plans available to our employees.

401(k) Savings Plan

A 401(k) savings plan provides you with the potential for future financial security for retirement. We match employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 4% as defined by the plan and employees are eligible to participate in the plan after 30 days of employment, first of the month.

Paid Holidays

We provide 7 paid holidays per year:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Paid Vacation

We offer vacation time for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. Vacation hours accumulate over the length of employment. Hours are renewed based on your anniversary date, starting with 10 days after your first year of service.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

We offer paid time off (PTO) to use for illness, injury, or personal business.  Employees receive 7 days of PTO on January 1 each calendar year.  New employees receive up to 7 days of PTO upon hire and may be prorated based on their hire date.

Short Term Disability

We offer short term disability income insurance for employees.  We cover the premium for salaried employees and the plan is available for purchase by hourly employees.

Long Term Disability

We offer long term disability income insurance for employees. We cover the premium for salaried employees and the plan is available for purchase by hourly employees.

Life Insurance

Life insurance offers you and your family important financial protection and we provide a basic life insurance plan of $25,000 for salaried employees and $10,000 for hourly employees. Other life insurance policies are available for employees to purchase.

Flexible Spending Account

We provide a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program that allows employees to deduct pre-tax dollars from their salaries to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses.

Flu Shots

Each year we team up with our health insurance provider to offer flu vaccinations to help our employees avoid seasonal flu.  The shots are provided at no cost to the employee even if the employee does not have health insurance.

What is this?

There are several types of codes:

Requirements Code:
This code is given to a user by an organization or person who has asked the user to complete a series of requirements for a given qualification process. Each qualification process is assigned a unique code. Users enter the code and are guided through an easy, step-by-step process to help them complete the mandatory requirements established by the requestor.

Sharing Code:
This code is typically given to a user by another person in effort to share information contained in their personal QualifiedFirst portfolio, such as their background report, professional qualifications, and more. The users enter the code and can view the shared information securely within their QualifiedFirst account. If the user does not have a QualifiedFirst account, they can open a FREE account in a matter of minutes.

Promotional Code:
This code is sent out to QualifiedFirst® users and can be used for discounts on personal background check orders. Note – these codes cannot be used when responding to a requirement set code.
